Diane Darling

WaterCoolerFootball is the brain child of Diane Darling, entrepreneur, author & speaker. (Diane is the person on the right who looks tall compared to Dr. Ruth.)

Diane grew up watching football and was amazed how many people who didn’t know how to watch a football game. People said they felt left out if they didn’t understand why people were cheering or yelling at the TV. Some even went so far as to turn down invitations to football parties and they felt that there were missing a networking opportunity.

So the entrepreneur bug bit again and she has launched WaterCoolerFootball, a division of Effective Networking, a professional development firm teaching networking skills … the people kind! McGraw-Hill has published Diane’s two books which are now in seven languages. She is a keynote speaker and writes a column for the Boston Business Journal.
